Difficult to write a review before receiving the service ordered. As far as the reservation process is concerned, things were smooth and uncomplicated. Just wondering why, if we need to contact the service provided by phone, we have to call a number in China...

Our driver was excellent and friendly. The ride was comfortable and relaxing.

The drive did not speak very good English, nor did he understand English all that well. There was no communication due to this language barrier. Was not pleased with the ride.

I would like to pick up a shuttle after returning a rental car and there seems to be no way to communicate that. So far no response on What's App.
